My recent stay at Toyoko Inn Kyoto Gojo-Karasuma for a city break was an absolute delight, marking my third visit to this chain. Nestled conveniently close to both Gojo and Shijo stations, the hotel's location offers a fantastic base to explore Kyoto's rich cultural tapestry, with popular sites only a brisk walk away. The room was thoroughly equipped with a large, comfortable bed and all essential amenities, including a fridge, kettle, and a well-appointed private bathroom. Having experienced many high-end hotels in my time, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort at such a competitive price. Breakfast proved to be a highlight, providing a bounty of choices each morning, allowing me to start the day on a delicious note. The hotel's staff were incredibly helpful and charming, ensuring we felt welcomed and catered for. the complimentary luggage storage policy post-checkout was a thoughtful touch that allowed us to make the most of our last day exploring Kyoto without being encumbered by our bags. My experience reinforced my affection for this hotel chain; it's perfect for travelers like me who appreciate quality that doesn’t break the bank.
